Temple of Restoration has moved beyond the start-up phase in church planting for an established ministry phase. The established ministry phase begins when the pastor and church come to a new maturity in relationship and forms a church-wide ministry design. The established ministry phase is primarily about healthy growth, lifestyle changes, on-going evaluation, and a willingness to shift paradigms and grow. Just what is so compelling about the established ministry phase in church planting? It is the simplicity of a formula for mission focusing.At the established ministry phase, we have framed four (4) important questions to help us focus our broad base directions:

• What kind of believer does God expect our Church to send into the world?
• What kind of Church does it take to produce this kind of believer?
• What kind of leadership will it take to produce this kind of Church?
• What kind of pastor will it take to produce this kind of leadership?
